“Onapsis is clearly well positioned for growth, and success, and it’s a very exciting time to be part of the company,” said Gassé. “But, what really drew me here was the unique opportunity to work for a company where values really matter, and to join a Founder-led executive team who lead with authenticity and truly caring. I’ve learned along the way that driving an exceptional company culture starts at the top, and it’s much easier when those cultural values are showcased by its senior leaders rather than to have to build it artificially through HR programs. The opportunity to build on this and support our incredible growth from a people perspective is tremendous.”
